To edit employee information, including uploading employee photos, the user needs the role 'Employee Administrator'.
- Open the main menu from the upper right-hand corner
- Tap 'Employees'
- Tap employee whose picture you need to add
- Tap the 'Edit' button
- Tap the 'Photo' button
- Click 'Employees' link in the main menu
- Click the employee whose picture you need to add
- Click the 'Edit employee' button
- Click the teal photo placeholder (or existing photo, if already uploaded) for upload prompt
