To edit employee information, including uploading employee photos, the user needs the role 'Employee Administrator'. 

Mobile

  1. Open the main menu from the upper right-hand corner
  2. Tap 'Employees'
  3. Tap employee whose picture you need to add
  4. Tap the 'Edit' button
  5. Tap the 'Photo' button

Admin

  1. Click 'Employees' link in the main menu
  2. Click the employee whose picture you need to add
  3. Click the 'Edit employee' button
  4. Click the teal photo placeholder (or existing photo, if already uploaded) for upload prompt
